Our Treatments

If we find a tumor through our diagnostic techniques, we will do a biopsy to determine if the tumor is cancerous. Cancerous tumors will be treated as quickly as possible. Surgery and radiation are two common ways to treat urological cancers. We can treat some localized cancers, such as prostate cancer, with cryotherapy and high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). We will choose a treatment based on the location of a patient’s cancer, how fast the cancer is spreading, and how healthy the patient is overall.
